Rebecca has a MAT in Art Education and holds certificates in school district and school building administration. She started her teaching career in Charleston SC teaching elementary art. After moving back to her home town of Shelter Island she started working as a Site Director and then Program Coordinator for Project MOST. Rebecca is now serving Project MOST as Executive Director. As Executive Director, Rebecca manages and oversees the entire Project MOST operation.

Jacqueline Gravina-Wohlleb is perpetually curious and loves learning and teaching through exploration. She has a passion for the Sciences, Arts, the outdoors and athletics, which she uses to engage children in activities. Jacqueline holds an M.Sc. in Education, a B.A. in Art and has 20 years of experience teaching Pre-K through adult levels.
Melissa Anderson, Site Director/Assistant Program Coordinator
Melissa Anderson has worked with Project MOST for many years, first as a Student Leader, and previously as Site Supervisor at our John M. Marshall Elementary School site. She has an associate’s degree from Suffolk County Community College, and holds the New York State School Age Child Care Director credential.
Alisha Hillman, Site Supervisor at JMMES
Alisha Hillman has been working for Project MOST for over 10 years. She has taught grades 4-8 and holds a New York State School Age Care Credential. You can find her hiking in her free time.
Sonja Becker, Administrative Assistant and Bookkeeper
Sonja Becker is a native of Germany with a degree in Business Administration. Her hobbies include biking and traveling.
